The Sybelles ski areas offers ‘grand domain’ skiing which should suit a wide range of intermediate skiers. Made up of a grouping of 10 villages and resorts, there are 80 lifts and nearly 100 different runs to choose from. With runs that together would stretch from London to York you can find plenty of variety and amusement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Whilst obviously at your own risk, there is a massive off piste potential and a comprehensive risk warning system. Being a ‘new’ skiing development, the area’s avalanche control and piste grooming machinery is also new and very efficient.
 
Do not be mislead by the apparent lack of ‘red’ runs, the Sybelles classification is accurate and does not reflect the grading flattery of  some international stations.
