Ski lifts and passes

Lifts are a mixture of drag lifts and chairlifts, including a number of the high speed/slipping clutch loading 6 seater chairs, ensuring any queues are fast moving and kept to a minimum.

All ski passes, even half day, are wireless chipped, so no cold hands fumbling for passes at the lifts and faster progress through the lift gate.

Passes are available for periods from a half day to the season, and for either St Sorlin or the whole Sybelles area, with reductions for children and seniors. Photos are needed for longer passes but the ticket office can photocopy passport or driving licence photos.

Advance booking by mail or internet saves valuable skiing time and passes can be extended using the internet. Many visitors will be content with St Sorlin passes, which can always be upgraded to cover the Sybelles area.

Skiing to/from the village usually until the end of April, an extensive snow cannon network just in case! There are 5 conveyor belt lifts for the absolute beginners and a number of English speaking instructors.
