Please lock the building entrance if entering or exiting between 20.00 and 07.00 or leaving the building totally unoccupied (other apartments unused).

Shutters Closing the shutters at night helps conserve energy by further improving the window insulation. Please ensure that when the shutters are open they are secured against the wall by their safety catches.
Skis and boots Please do not lean equipment against the building, inside or out. Skis should be left in the allocated locker in the ski locker room. If boots have to be taken up to the apartment please remove excess snow/ice, do not wear them beyond the entrance hall and place them on the boot mat in the apartment entrance hall. Building regulations do not allow equipment of any kind to be left in the communal stairwells or corridors.
Smoking Please respect our no smoking rule anywhere in the building and do not discard cigarette ends, etc. in the carpark and grounds.
